- Used a verified Business Center & Advertiser ID
- Ensured campaigns are only created if you do not already have active GMV Max or ROI1 campaigns in TTAM

This automatic campaign is created for sellers who:- Have a paid TopAds balance above Rp50,000
- Have integrated their Tokopedia store with TTAM
- Have a Business Center ID and Advertiser ID in IDR currency

Terms and Conditions
By participating in the automatic GMV Max ad campaign creation process, the Seller is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:- Service Termination Date: The Tokopedia Ads (TKAP) dashboard will officially be discontinued on June 13, 2025.
- Automatic GMV Max Activation: For Sellers who meet the criteria, Tokopedia will automatically activate GMV Max campaigns in the corresponding TikTok Ads Manager (TTAM) accounts. This is to ensure ad continuity after the TKAP dashboard is no longer available.
- Eligibility Criteria: The Seller must meet all of the following requirements:
- Have a remaining paid TopAds balance above Rp50,000
- Have completed store integration with TTAM
- Have a valid Business Center ID and Advertiser ID in IDR currency
- Have no active ads (GMV Max or ROI1) in TTAM at the time of activation
- Final Decision: Once the GMV Max campaign is created and launched, this action cannot be undone. However, Sellers remain free to pause, modify, or stop the campaign via TikTok Ads Manager directly.
- Connected Accounts: GMV Max campaigns will be created in the corresponding and verified TTAM account based on the Seller’s Tokopedia account data. Sellers cannot request campaign transfers to other TTAM accounts.
- Disputes & Exceptions: Any disputes, claims, or exceptions related to this automatic activation must be submitted to Tokopedia through the Help Center on Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Seller Center within thirty (30) calendar days from the campaign creation date. If not submitted within this period, the Seller is deemed to have waived the right to dispute the action. Tokopedia has full authority in resolving such matters, and its decision is final and binding.
- Policy Changes: Tokopedia reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes via Tokopedia’s official channels.
