Terms and Conditions

By participating in the automatic GMV Max ad campaign creation process, the Seller is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Service Termination Date: The Tokopedia Ads (TKAP) dashboard will officially be discontinued on June 13, 2025.
  2. Automatic GMV Max Activation: For Sellers who meet the criteria, Tokopedia will automatically activate GMV Max campaigns in the corresponding TikTok Ads Manager (TTAM) accounts. This is to ensure ad continuity after the TKAP dashboard is no longer available.
  3. Eligibility Criteria: The Seller must meet all of the following requirements:
    • Have a remaining paid TopAds balance above Rp50,000
    • Have completed store integration with TTAM
    • Have a valid Business Center ID and Advertiser ID in IDR currency
    • Have no active ads (GMV Max or ROI1) in TTAM at the time of activation
  4. Final Decision: Once the GMV Max campaign is created and launched, this action cannot be undone. However, Sellers remain free to pause, modify, or stop the campaign via TikTok Ads Manager directly.
  5. Connected Accounts: GMV Max campaigns will be created in the corresponding and verified TTAM account based on the Seller’s Tokopedia account data. Sellers cannot request campaign transfers to other TTAM accounts.
  6. Disputes & Exceptions: Any disputes, claims, or exceptions related to this automatic activation must be submitted to Tokopedia through the Help Center on Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Seller Center within thirty (30) calendar days from the campaign creation date. If not submitted within this period, the Seller is deemed to have waived the right to dispute the action. Tokopedia has full authority in resolving such matters, and its decision is final and binding.
  7. Policy Changes: Tokopedia reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes via Tokopedia’s official channels.

GMV Max is a type of automatic advertising campaign in TikTok Ads Manager (TTAM) specifically designed to boost the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of your store. This feature operates automatically by optimizing placements and bidding strategies to reach the most potential buyers—no manual ad setup needed. It’s suitable for sellers who want maximum results with minimal ad management time.

  1. Who will be automatically activated?
Ad campaigns will be automatically created by Tokopedia in the TTAM accounts of sellers who meet the requirements. The goal is to ensure sellers can continue advertising after Tokopedia Ads is discontinued. This campaign will only be created for sellers who:
  • Have a paid TopAds balance above Rp50,000
  • Have linked their Tokopedia store with a TTAM account
  • Have a valid Business Center ID & Advertiser ID (IDR currency)
  • Do not have any active GMV Max or ROI1 campaigns in TTAM during activation

  1. In which account will the campaign be created?
The campaign will be created in the TTAM account that is verified and directly connected to your Tokopedia store. We do not accept requests to create campaigns in other accounts.

  1. When will the campaign be created?
The automatic campaign creation process will take place before or at the time Tokopedia Ads is officially discontinued (June 13, 2025).
  1. Can I modify or stop this campaign?
Of course! Once the campaign is created, you can:
  • Edit the name, budget, and ad targeting
  • Pause or stop the campaign
  • All management can be done directly in TikTok Ads Manager (TTAM)

  1. Will this campaign use my TTAM balance?
Yes. The campaign will use available cash balance and ad credits in your Ads Manager account.

  1. I don’t want the campaign to be created automatically. What should I do?
If the campaign has already been created, you can pause it directly in TTAM. This campaign cannot be canceled by the system, but you may deactivate it at any time.

  1. What if I face technical issues?
