Service Fee Comparison

Different programs come with different cost structures. Here’s a breakdown of the service fee comparison between XBP and XBP Pro:

  • Sellers who have not joined the Bonus Cashback Program or Voucher Xtra Program before 23 January 2025 will get to enjoy a 7-day free trial.

Extra 8% service fee will be
  • Charged only on successfully completed orders (not refunds/returns).
  • Calculated based on the item price without platform promotion/discount.

  • Charged to paid orders (orders with finished online payment, or confirmed COD orders).
  • Calculated based on the item price without platform promotion/discount.
  • Deducted from balance in TikTok Ads Manager account.

How to Join & Withdraw: XBP vs XBP Pro

Joining and leaving each program works slightly differently. The table below shows the steps for joining and withdrawing from XBP and XBP Pro:

  • Fill in details & submit
  • Eligible sellers may get 7-day free trial if never joined co-funded programs before

  • Only selected sellers will see notification in Seller Center
  • Contact your Account Manager if you want to check eligibility
How to Withdraw
  • Go to Seller Center > Marketing > Program > My Program > Co-Funded Bundle Program > Manage > Withdraw

  • Once withdrawn, XBP vouchers/benefits will stop immediately
  • Approval takes 14 calendar days
  • Same steps as XBP (Manage > Withdraw)
  • After withdrawal confirmed, XBP Pro vouchers/benefits will stop immediately
