  • Suspension of new listing creation and updates for fourteen (14) calendar days
16 - 47
  • A formal violation warning message will be sent to sellers five (5) points before reaching the 36 - 47 point enforcement milestions
  • Seller's shop will be deactivated for twenty-eight (28) calendar days
  • Sellers will not be able to enroll in new mega campaigns, user growth activities, free shipping subsidies and other platform benefits for sixty (60) calendar days

  • A formal violation warning message will be sent to sellers five (5) points before reaching the 48 point enforcement milestone
  • Permanent suspension of seller's shop
  • Reporting the seller to the relevant regulatory authorities for prosecution
  • Commencing legal action against the seller*
*There are no firm points based on the violation. The points for each infraction will be assessed by the related team and the milestone only represents a range, not a precise value

How Can I Check The Status of My Account?

In ShopTokopedia, there are 2 main areas for violation compliance, which are TikTok Account Health and Store Rating. TikTok Account Health mainly focuses on performance and adherence of your TikTok account to platform guidelines, while Store Rating evaluates the quality and compliance of your store operations.
When these two categories are combined, it becomes a comprehensive metric known as Shop Health, which provides an overall assessment of your store's compliance and performance.

How To Do An Appeal Process for My Account?

If your account recently received a violation notification, you can submit an appeal to remove any violation points to your Shop Health and recover any revoked access. Let's see the tutorial and things to pay attention to in order to submit an appeal effectively!

When submitting an appeal, you need to input the reason for appeal and prepare strong supporting documents or evidence, so the chance of your appeal to be approved will be higher! What evidence can be prepared for an appeal submission? See details below!

Example: your shop account has been notified of inconsistent product violation and you submit an appeal by uploading a video recording that shows that the product promoted matched with the product linked to the content.image

Example: your shop account has been notified of reproduce/reupload content violation and you submit an appeal by uploading a screenshot that shows that all of your videos are new and different from the previous contents.image
When submitting an appeal, each violation will be given 2 appeal attempts. The first appeal is 30 days after enforcement action is applied to your account and the second appeal is 15 days after enforcement action is applied to your account.
