These TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Promotional Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern the manner in which the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers deliver training to the sellers and users of Tokopedia & TikTok Shop.
All Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers shall strictly comply with the Guidelines so that a positive and consistent user experience can be provided to the sellers and users. Any failure to comply with the Guidelines may result in the termination of the Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainer Program Agreement, revocation of the Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers certification status and withdrawal of all benefits conferred for the Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers.
The Guidelines may be improved and amended from time to time, and it is your responsibility to regularly check the Guidelines to understand the latest requirements. You may contact Tokopedia & TikTok Shop representatives for any uncertainties in relation to the Guidelines, or Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers Program.

Events

Events Name Use

We encourage Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers to host training sessions and workshops to spread the word about Tokopedia & TikTok Shop. To prevent confusion amongst the attendees, you will need to know the following event naming convention:

• Your event cannot use "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop" by itself combined with another word in any capacity. Example: "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Jakarta", "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Experience" or "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Summit".
• Your event cannot include the word "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop" as part of another word. Example: "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop JKT" or "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Event"
• However, you CAN only use "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop", and phrases like, "Content Marketing", "Ads Training", or any one of these combined with your geographic area and "Workshop" or "Conference", which will help set up your event name with a connector such as "on" and "for"

Example: "Content Marketing Workshop on Tokopedia & TikTok Shop ID" ; "Ads Training on Tokopedia & TikTok Shop"

Every event promotional material you host or set up shall include a foot note for clarification purposes. In no capacity shall your event bring the meaning that your training/event is organised by or hosted by Tokopedia & TikTok Shop.
Example: "This event is not organised and/or endorsed by Tokopedia & TikTok Shop"

Branding

Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Logo Use

Tokopedia & TikTok Shop logo usage is prohibited in all cases, unless otherwise approved by Tokopedia & TikTok Shop.
Please do not modify or adjust Tokopedia & TikTok Shop and/or its related logos, use the Tokopedia & TikTok Shop logo or parts of it as part of your company logo and/or brand element.
At all times, Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers will need to comply with

Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainer Logo Use

Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainer badge and digital certificate are available once you successfully complete the certification process.
General Guidelines For Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainer badge and digital certificate:

1. You may not alter any badge or digital certificate that we provide you with, including changing the name, or date it displays.
2. Except otherwise approved by Tokopedia & TikTok Shop, you may not sell, transfer, or use badge or digital certificate for profit.
3. Your usage of badge or digital certificate is limited to the validity period stated on the digital certificate. Upon expiry of the certification period, you shall apply for certification renewal in accordance with the process as stated in [Certified Trainer application guidelines]

Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Provided Resources

In the context of Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainer Program, certified trainers will have access to slides, and resources to help build your own training.
In order to create a consistent learning experience for prospects, attendees, and sellers in the market, here are some do's and don'ts:-
Do:-

• Customise provided content with your own or your agency's examples
• Create or modify the overall style of your presentation to match your style or agency's branding
• Create your own training resources and presentations with content concerning your experience of managing Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Sellers, providing case studies or relevant examples to help sellers relate to the training content

Don't:-

• Alter any Tokopedia & TikTok Shop created graphics
• Add any Tokopedia & TikTok Shop logo to content not provided through this program

Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Name

The following will guide you on how to name your training programs, services, communities and content in relation to Tokopedia & TikTok Shop:-
Do:

• Indicate that you are a "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainer" and your training event is conducted by a Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainer
• Be sure to name your training something that is distinct from Tokopedia & TikTok Shop brand, and its related training or workshops. Example "How to Sell With Content".

Don't:

• Modify, imitate or abbreviate the "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop" brand with any names, or naming conventions. Example "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Training" and "Tokopedia & TikTok ShopWorkshop" are prohibited
• Unless indicated above, name your training event + "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop" or a general description of your training event + "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop". For example, "Training in Jkt with Tokopedia & TikTok Shop", "Workshop with Tokopedia & TikTok Shop" which could indicate your training is orgainsed/endorsed by Tokopedia & TikTok Shop.

Discussion/Forums/Websites

We appreciate and like the idea of our Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Partners, and/or Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers to foster online discussions, forums, general interest groups in any of the social media channels, or chat applications. However, we require you to follow the naming guidelines:-
Preface Tokopedia & TikTok Shop with "unofficial". Example: "The Unofficial Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers Group"
OR specify its a discussion group for "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers". Example: "Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainers Discussion Group"
In addition to Events (as stated above), the Tokopedia & TikTok Shop name should not be used in naming podcasts, newsletters, blogs, ebooks, reports or other regular content vehicle produced by the Tokopedia & TikTok Shop Certified Trainer. This also includes the use of Tokopedia & TikTok Shop in domains such as "Tokopedia & TikTok Shopguru.com" in any shape, form by parts or as a whole.
