These TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Application Guidelines ("Guidelines") set out TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers' qualification, certification process and the certification renewal process. The Guidelines may be improved and amended from time to time, and it is your responsibility to regularly check the Guidelines to understand the latest qualification, certification and renewal requirements.

A. About TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia inspiring growth of ecosystem stakeholders, which includes sellers, creators, partners, and relevant industry in their journey with TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.
Our vision is to create a scalable educational resource where certified trainers can serve as exemplary figures and mentors for others in the community. With this initiative, we will put together TikTok Shop by Tokopedia educational materials for qualified trainers / educators to up-scale educational content for merchants, creators and related stakeholders. Expected results from Certified Trainer Program support the community with updated TikTok Shop by Tokopedia content materials, develop scalable solutions, and offer mentoring sessions led by Certified Trainers.

B. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers' Qualifications

An applicant may be certified as a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer if he meets the following qualifications:

1. She/He has attained the age of 21 years;
2. She/He is an Indonesian citizen or a Permanent Resident of Indonesia;
3. She/He is an:
   • Trainer From An Agency: Employees of an agency with priority given to those in a trainer role.
   • Practitioner Trainer: Professional with expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing.
   • Seller Trainer: Active seller sharing experiences and strategies for online selling.
   • Creator Trainer: Content creator focused on educating about sales strategies on social media.
4. She/He has the ability to teach e-commerce, and their e-commerce knowledge reserve should meet the needs of local businesses;
5. She/He has excellent public speaking and communication skills and has the ability to communicate and express themselves in English.
6. She/He has the ability to deliver training in a creative and informative manner and passion to promote TikTok Shop by Tokopedia education to the global community

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia may, in exercise of its absolute discretion, waive certain applicants from complying with the item (2), and (3).

C. Application and Certification Process

Overview

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia carefully selects and certifies a qualified person as a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer. To be selected and certified as a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer, an applicant shall (i) meet the Qualification requirement (as set out in Section B above), (ii) make an application before the application close date; (iii) pass the evaluation.

Step 1. How to Apply?

The applicant shall scan or click the application link and provide all the required details in the application form. The application shall be submitted before the application close date, failing which, the application will not be considered.

Step 2. Assessment of the Application

Upon receipt of submission, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia shall assess the applicant's application and select some shortlisted applicants based on quality & standards of the submitted materials from Step 1.
All the shortlisted applicants shall be notified within seven (7) working days from the application close date. If you do not receive any notification within seven (7) working days from the application close date, this would mean that you are not shortlisted and please try again in the future.

Step 3: Evaluation

There will be two parts of evaluation the shortlisted applicants must pass.

Step 3.1. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program Course Evaluation

Shortlisted applicants shall receive a link to access the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program course materials and exams. Shortlisted applicants shall:

1. read all the course materials;
2. sit for the 1 attemp course exam before the given date; and
3. achieve >=90% passing rate for ALL Key Knowledge Modules under TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program courses.

Key Knowledge Modules refers to the course modules for "Basic" & "Level Up".
Failing which, the shortlisted applicants do not pass the evaluation and will not be certified as a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer.

Step 3.2. Panel Evaluation

Upon passing the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program Course Evaluation, shortlisted applicants shall conduct a presentation of any course modules of their choice in front of the panel.
There will be 2-3 panelists evaluating the presentation and determining if a shortlisted applicant passes the evaluation. If the shortlisted application passes the evaluation, he shall proceed to Step 4, otherwise, he will not be certified as a TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer.

Step 4: Certification Process

All the successful applicants will receive a confirmation link to participate in the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Program.
The successful applicants shall agree and accept the following agreement and guidelines:

1. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program Agreement; and
2. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Promotional Guidelines.

Upon agreement and acceptance of the aforesaid agreement and guidelines, the successful applicants shall be certified as TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers. Each Certified Trainer will be:-

1. conferred with TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Digital Certificate;
2. conferred with TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Basic Module Badge;
3. admitted into the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Directory, which is available at the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Academy; and
4. Given a membership within TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Trainers community.

D. TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Digital Certificate & Module Badge

Both TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Digital Certificate and TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Module Badge shall be valid for 6 months from the date of certification.

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Digital Certificate

A TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer shall receive a digital certificate which confirms that he has passed all the evaluations and has been certified.

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Module Badges

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Module Badges can be displayed to the public to indicate the expertise of a certified trainer.
A certified trainer may acquire additional badges if he:

• passes the exam accompanying another course module; and
• Passes the evaluation for the course module so selected.

E. Certified Trainer Responsibilities

During a 6-month certification period, Certified Trainer is required to deliver responsibilities detailed below:

1. Deliver at least ten (10) physical or online training sessions which can be a combination of Certified Trainer organised trainings and/or other entity organised trainings where Certified Trainer participates as a trainer. The following criteria must be fulfilled:
   • A minimum of 50 participants attend each training sessions;
   • A minimum of 1 hour duration each training session;
   • To maintain training quality, all the Certified Trainers are required to maintain an average Net Promoter Score ("NPS") of 85% or higher for all training sessions with a Material Understanding Quiz ("Quiz") Score 80 out of 100. All NPS and Quizzes will be provided by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Team based on training modules submitted;
   • Certified Trainer is required to notify TikTok Shop by Tokopedia at least 7 days before their physical or online training sessions; and
   • Certified Trainer is required to submit post training reports 7 days after conducting physical or online training sessions.
2. Certified Trainer needs to create minimal 2 material decks based on the intended material module.
3. Creating at least 2 educational videos and posted on Trainer TikTok Account. Detailed content material will be provided by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Team (if required by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia).
4. Becoming a talent at least once for content shooting requirements to be published on Seller Academy and TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Official Account (if required by TikTok Shop by Tokopedia).

F. Certification Renewal

For the purpose of improvements, and ensuring quality and standards of the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers, certification is valid for 6 months only. Prior to the expiration of the certification, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers will be notified of the renewal process. For those TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers who want to continue renewing their certification, they need to meet the following criteria:

1. Fulfilled all Certified Trainer Responsibilities mentioned in Section F above.
2. Taking refreshment material learning and exam and achieve >=90% passing rate for all key knowledge modules.

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers that do not meet renewal conditions, will be removed from the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainer Program.

G. General

1. All applicants are responsible for any and all expenses incurred in applying for the certification in the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program. Applicants will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in making such application.
2. If there is any interference with the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program in any way, or if it is not possible to conduct the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers program as TikTok Shop by Tokopedia reasonably anticipated, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any applicant, or to modify these Guidelines, or to suspend, terminate or cancel the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program, as appropriate.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia (including its respective officers, employees and agents) shall not be responsible for and exclude all liability (including those (except for death or personal injury) resulting from negligence), for any death, personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of (i) the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program; (ii) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under TikTok Shop by Tokopedia's control); or (iii) any unauthorised access or third party interference.
4. In the event of any dispute arising from the TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Certified Trainers Program, or relating to the interpretation of these Guidelines, TikTok Shop by Tokopedia's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
5. If any of the terms herein are found to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then they shall be deleted from these Guidelines and the remaining terms shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
6. These Guidelines shall be interpreted and construed according to laws of the Republic of Indonesia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Guidelines, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Indonesian National Arbitration Body ("BANI") located at Wahana Graha Lt. 1&2, Jalan Mampang Prapatan No. 2, Jakarta 12760. Such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the BANI for the time being in forces ("Rules"), which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into these Terms.
